Hi Everyone,
I have not posted in a long time because I was so occupied with preparing for my last workshop at The Athenaeum, La Jolla, including producing some of my own work as examples! It was titled "Art From Anything" and the students created some wonderful & unusual ART! I would like, in this post, to show you some of the Artists that we looked at. It would not surprise me if many of them are unfamilar to you.I hope that you enjoy seeing them. Please make comments if you do! (or even if you do not) Thanks for looking!

I always love your art!
Love them all, Armando Reveron is little known in the international mainstream art world, but he is very famous in his native Venezuela and recognized in the art community as one of the few Venezuelan (ans South American) impressionist. He was a total eccentric (I think he did have some mental problems too) and lived alone in a hut at the beach with a collection of dolls he made.
Yes Amgie, Reveron was eccentric to say the least!
Thx. again for the comments, I so appreciate it!
Love, Rivian xxoo
